The Studio is ideal for nature lovers. Kingfishers regularly fish just below The Studio window and if you’re lucky you may even see a family of otters.
With private parking, river views and direct access for fishing, The Studio is the perfect place for rest and relaxation.
The spacious living area has wooden floors & rugs throughout, full gas central heating and a feature electric fire. There is a comfortable seating area, a formal dining area and a huge bay window, overlooking the water.
The newly refurbished kitchen has a built-in electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster. There’s all the crockery and utensils you need, including a cafetiere.
There is a ground floor shower room with heated towel rail. Towels are provided.
Accessibility
Access to The Studio is through our garden.
It is unsuitable for wheelchair users or the infirm.
We do not accommodate children in the property.
Strictly no smoking and sorry, but no pets.
The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable king-sized bed. There’s a chest of drawers and bedside storage, plus a small hanging area under the eaves. Additional hanging space is available in the inner hallway, downstairs.
A hairdryer is provided.
Outside there is a patio area exclusively for the use of guests, with table and chairs and large gas barbecue.
The Studio faces south so provides a real suntrap - there’s also a parasol to give some shade when needed.
