Whatever the weather you can enjoy the riverside setting. There are binoculars and a telescope for wildlife spotting and a book to help you identify what you see.


Kingfishers regularly fish just below The Studio window and there have recently been several otter sightings!




Availability

With private parking, river views and direct access for fishing, The Studio is the perfect place for rest and relaxation.  


The spacious living area has  wooden floors & rugs throughout, full gas central heating and a feature electric fire. There are 2 big comfy sofas ,  a formal dining area and a cafe style table and chairs in the huge bay window, overlooking the water.



The compact kitchen has a built-in electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster. There’s all the crockery and utensils you need, including a cafetiere.


There is a ground floor shower room with heated towel rail and all towels are provided.

The mezzanine bedroom has a king-sized bed with luxurious bedding. There’s a chest of drawers and bedside storage, plus a small hanging area under the eaves.


A hairdryer is provided.


Additional hanging space is available in the inner hallway, downstairs.


Outside there is a patio area exclusively for the use of guests, with table and chairs and large gas barbecue. The Studio faces south so provides a real suntrap - there’s also a parasol to give some shade if it gets too hot.

Accessibility


Access to The Studio is through our garden. It is unsuitable for wheelchair users or the infirm.


We do not accommodate children in the property.


Strictly no smoking and sorry, but no pets.
